An inspection can take between 2 - 3 1/2 hours to complete. After the inspection we meet with the client to go over the report and walk the client through the home.
All systems of the home are inspected for visual damage meeting or exceeding InterNACHI 'Standards of Practice'. A copy of this standard is provided with the report.
All major and minor concerns with the home are identified and recommendations are made for repair or replacement. Future maintenance concerns are also reported.
Our reports are fully customized for each home, generated by industry leading report software. Our comments are clear and to-the-point.
